About me: I am a Charlotte, NC native. I come from a couple of generations of Charlotte natives, so I'm probably not going to lose my accent or my southern ideals! I enjoy working in the salon industry because it's a fun environment that is ever-changing. I was an Art major in UNCC; focusing on photography, but excelled in painting/drawing. I have two dogs, Sage & Teddy, whom I spoil to death. I am nearly married (Feb 2007), but dated my hubby for 7 years before we decided to "tie the knot!"
A place I'm dying to visit: The "Dream Villa" in Barbados — Hawaii — Paris
My favorite activities: Painting — drawing — boating — traveling — hanging out with friends — cooking out

About me: One of the first things people notice about me is that I smile all the time! I simply can't stop it...& don't really want to. I've been a stylist for 10 years. I love what I do & have continued to learn new things along the way. Outside of work, I have a wonderful family & enjoy spending time together with them.

About me: I graduated from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT with a BA in English. I have worked in a variety of fields, from admissions director for a nursing & rehab center to human resources associate in corporate America. I recently moved to NC. Enough already with the New England winters!

A place I'm dying to visit: Italy
My favorite activities: Barnes & Noble with a hot coffee in hand, going out dancing, running on the open road with great music on the iPod, any sandy beach, & amusement parks.
Why Emerson Joseph? I loved the concept of a men's grooming lounge — something that is much a social club as it is a day spa. I was impressed by their creative energy & professionalism.

A place I'm dying to visit: I haven't been many places, but then I'm not too demanding. Give me sunshine & water & I'm happy. I hear Hawaii is nice!
My favorite activities: Anything outside - running, working out, planting flowers & digging in the dirt. I'm also very artistic.
Why Emerson Joseph? Most places that I've interviewed, the employer talked about meeting quotas & company goals; Shelly & Stacy talked about taking care of other people — both the clients & the employees. For me, this sounded like an opportunity of a life time.

About me? I have been in the industry for 12 years & have loved almost every minute of it! My husband & I & our cat & dog decided to move to the Carolinas 2 years ago to escape the long, cold Michigan winters. We are so glad we chose this area—great people, great weather, close to the beach AND the mountains, trees & green everywhere!
I have lived in: Several cities in MI, Long Beach, CA, Charlotte, NC, Fort Mill, SC
A place I'm dying to visit: Anywhere I can be a "traveler" & not a tourist. I prefer to meet the locals, blend in, go off the beaten path—no double-decker tour busses or resorts. There will be plenty of time for that when I'm 80!!
Favorite Activities: Yoga, dancing, Ayurveda, Middle Easter & Indian food, learning about other cultures & less known facts about their history.

It was so refreshing to finally find a place in Charlotte that felt like home. I'm a firm believer that you get back what you put out there. About me: I am a graduate of UNCC & I worked in corporate America for several years. I realized that working as a massage therapist was my true calling, so I took the bull by the horns & graduated from Southeastern Massage School. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular & Swedish massage. I am energetic & outgoing. I enjoy being able to help heal people & relieve their stress! About me: I am a very outgoing person and I love meeting new people. I have only lived in Charlotte for the past two years but have loved every minute of it! I do miss the beaches were I grew up, but living here gives me a great excuse to visit the beach to soak up some sun!!!
