Emerson Joseph respects and appreciates that our clients have busy and demanding lives that sometimes make last minute schedule conflicts unavoidable. We do ask for the same respect be shown to our team of professionals and therefore require a 24-hour advance notice when cancelling any appointment at Emerson Joseph. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. For this reason, a major credit card is required to hold any appointment. You will not be charged until services are rendered, unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours and/or no-show your appointment (see below).

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged as follows:

· Less than 24-hour notice: 50% of ticket total

· Less than 3 hour notice: 100% of ticket total

Rescheduling - When rescheduling a pre-booked appointment, you may only reschedule that appointment one time. Continued rescheduling may result in a late cancel or a no show, regardless of given notice.

No Shows - Clients who miss a scheduled appointment and do not provide 24 hours cancellation notice, will be considered a "no show" and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals - Out of respect and consideration to our service professionals and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time for all scheduled appointments. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your Emerson Joseph service provider will determine if there is enough time remaining to complete the booked service to our quality standards. Regardless of the service providers decision to give a partial service or none at all, you will be charged the full amount of the appointments booked.

Group/Package Bookings - Any multi-service appointment bookings consisting of 3 services or more; such as packages, groom's parties, or simply a collection of services booked at the same time by the same person will be charged a deposit of 50% of the ticket total at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at checkout. Deposits for group parties are refundable when cancelled within 2 weeks prior to the group events. Day of cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Speakeasy Rentals - Speakeasy room rental fees are due at the time of the reservation and are non-refundable. In the event a rental date needs to be cancelled, a credit may be issued towards a future rental. A credit card will be held on file for any concierge add-ons, party concessions, excessive clean-up, or damage to the room.

Annual Memberships - Memberships are annual and are valid for 1 year. Members who make payment on a monthly basis will be eligible for suspension after missing 2 or more monthly payments. Points may not be used until a reconciliation of membership payments has been made. If a member has used more points than payments rendered, a reconciliation of points will be determined and the member will be responsible to make payment for the excess points liability.

All customer transactions and receipts are received electronically and a valid email address is required. Paper copies can be provided upon request. Thank you very much for your understanding.
