How often should I schedule esthetic service appointments?
Skincare is all about consistency. We recommend scheduling appointments at least monthly to maintain results. However, the frequency by which you should receive treatment will likely vary based on your skin type and personal goals.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do our best to accommodate cancellations and do not charge our customers who give 24 hours' notice. However, short-notice cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will result in you being billed 50% of the ticket price. Those made with three hours’ notice or less will result in you being billed for 100% of the ticket price.
